Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement that any player using the ye9vip platform and its services must follow. By registering an account, accessing, or playing games on this platform, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not continue using the services. ye9vip may amend these Terms with prior notice when necessary. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

To use ye9vip services, players must meet the following requirements—

• Must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts for anyone under 21 are not permitted.
• Must register using a valid government-issued ID or recognised proof of identity.
• Only one personal account per person is allowed. If more than one account is found, those accounts may be suspended.
• You are personally responsible for ensuring that your use of this service does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Individuals connected to money laundering or any unlawful activity are not permitted access.

Account Registration and Management

If false or misleading information is provided during registration, ye9vip may close that account immediately and the funds held in it may be forfeited.

• The password used to access your account must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• The player is solely responsible for all gameplay and financial transactions carried out from their account.
• Do not share your login details — if you suspect your password has been stolen or that a third party may have accessed your account, contact customer service immediately.
• ye9vip may request additional personal information as a security check if suspicious activity is detected.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ye9vip accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is 20,000 Ks.

• Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Deposits must be made using your own funds (in your own name). If a third party will be making a payment on your behalf, you must notify ye9vip in advance.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method registered on the player's account.
• If your balance includes bonus funds, you must meet the required wagering requirement before you can request a withdrawal.
• Checks may be required in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Withdrawals may be placed on hold while a review is in progress.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

ye9vip offers players a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to 200,000 Ks). Once this bonus is accepted, the following terms apply—

• Wagering requirement: You must wager 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus giving a balance of 40,000 Ks, and you must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• Example — if you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive a 200,000 Ks bonus giving a balance of 620,000 Ks, and you must wager 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• You may cancel a bonus yourself, but if you do, any winnings earned from the time the bonus was received will be removed.
• Terms and conditions vary for each promotion — please read the terms of the relevant promotion before you start playing.
• If fraud or deliberate bonus-hunting behaviour is detected in connection with a promotion, ye9vip may immediately suspend the account.

Gameplay Rules

The following policies apply when playing games, Live Casino, football betting, and all other game types on ye9vip—

• We reserve the right to block a bet if we consider it to be irregular.
• While playing with a bonus, logging out of your account or exiting a game may result in data loss — if this is caused by a connection issue we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee a resolution.
• Game results arising from a server error or technical inconsistency are determined based on server records.
• If you find a bug in a game, you must report it to ye9vip customer service immediately; continued exploitation of a bug may result in any funds gained from it being deducted.
• If betting fraud is detected (such as collusion or match-fixing), the account may be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

VIP Programme and Cashback

ye9vip has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rates are—

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP tier progression is based on playing activity and may change at ye9vip's discretion. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and must meet the wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. ye9vip reserves the right to modify the VIP system with prior notice.

Personal Information and Security

ye9vip protects players' personal information using SSL encryption and handles it in accordance with our privacy policy.

• A player's personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without their consent.
• You may be asked to submit copies of documents as part of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Account Suspension and Closure

ye9vip may suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform is detected
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age
• More than one account is found to be owned by the same individual

Players may also request to close their own account through customer service. In such cases, any remaining genuine funds (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn.

Limitation of Liability

ye9vip is not responsible for players' gaming losses, technical failures, network disruptions, or losses resulting from a player's own decisions.

• Any losses that may occur during gameplay are risks that the player accepts by their own choice.
• ye9vip's liability is limited for delays caused by third-party server issues or payment provider failures.
• This privacy policy does not affect any rights that cannot be waived by law.
